I can’t recommend JG Emporium highly enough for their exceptional care, expertise, and craftsmanship. Jen, Gary, and the entire team consistently deliver a wonderful, bespoke experience every time I visit. Their deep industry knowledge and passion for their craft always shine through, and I’ve never once been disappointed by the extra mile they go to ensure complete satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust my jewellery needs to anyone else.

It was a great experience with JG Emporium. They made a pendant for me, it was beautifully designed and made with perfection. It just turned out an extremely beautiful piece. We have been coming to this store 12 months or more, we are customers that continually purchase from this store, the owners Garry & Jenny feel like family. They are highly skilled at their craft, honest, and enthusiastic to help us in our decisions making….. it’s my favourite jewellery shop of all time. We definitely highly recommend G J Emporium to anyone who respects fine jewellery… they are on the Main Street Cranbourne (next to Kelly’s Hotel.)

JG Emporium is a place to visit for all your jewellery shopping. I got my wedding ring and two other rings as an extra made from them and it was the best choice I ever made as the rings were so beautiful and beat my imagination to when they came out. Their price is the best you can have plus their customer service is so welcoming and they know how to help you with ideas just incase you really don’t know what you want. It’s a place to shop I can promise you. I love the establishment and its team and I’m going there to shop more. Love JG Emporium.

My partner and I bought my engagement ring from JG Emporium and I am absolutely in love! Jen took me throughout the store and had me try on different rings to see what I really liked. I decided on the Tourmaline ring and I couldn’t be happier, we also only had to wait an hour or so for the ring to be resized. Would 10/10 recommend JG Emporium!

If I could give JG Emporium more than five stars, I absolutely would! My partner took my old engagement ring into JG Emporium yesterday after i had accidentally warped it out of shape over the weekend. In less than 24 hours, they had reshaped it and polished it up to look brand new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results my ring looks absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend anyone looking for a jeweller to stop in here. The service and craftsmanship are outstanding!

We came to JG Emporium because we could not source a wedding band to fit around my Emerald shape Aquamarine stone. My beautiful wedding ring was designed to my description, the design was sent to me for approval and then the end product made. I have picked up my ring today and it's just perfect.

Highly recommend had my ring resized and cleaned and it’s perfect. Fair prices and fast turn around time, job was completed 2 days early aswell. Will definitely return in future!!
